Donald Joseph Qualls - better called DJ Qualls - is a model, actor, and producer from America. The actor gained fame following his appearance in Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared in more than 20 films, such like The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Also, he has been on more than 22 series, like Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. A survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma that he was diagnosed at age 14 Qualls is a fighter. He was able to get rid of his cancer after two years. Being treated at such a young age had an adverse effect on the body. It hampered his development. Financial security became his main goal once he got started because he had experienced poverty throughout his life. The interviewer said that because the way he lived was so shabby over a period of time, I needed security in my finances to feel secure and in control. He also reflects on his youth and hopes to take action on the problem of bullies. The cruelty inflicted on him is heartbreaking for him. He says that his ideal character would be father figures in reality and in film. He isn't chosen by the director for these roles but he does say. One day he'd like to be a father himself when he would have the ability to dedicate much less time and energy to his profession and more to his child.
